Couples Workshops are based on the Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work by Dr J Gottman.
These principles are the result of over 40 years of research with real couples. Dr Gottman was able to identify what destroys relationships and name the predictors of divorce. The antidotes to these behaviours and predictors was also carefully identified and now form the basis for restoring relationships to a healthy connection that can successfully work through the inevitable challenges of marriage. Kim van Zeeventer is a trained Gottman Workshop Leader and presents these workshops in-person and online.
Workshops are held monthly at venues in Edenvale and Lonehill Johannesburg. They are one day intensive workshops and include lunch and refreshments.
Our next Workshop is in Lonehill and will be held on Sat 04/07/2026 from 08:30 - 16: 00. Booking is essential. Request a booking form from the contact links below.
